TerraFlow ("the app", "we", "us") is a farm operations and profit tracker. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how you can remove it.

All farm data (projects, entries, photos) is entered by you, is private to your account, and is never visible to other users.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
TerraFlow is built on Google Firebase, which provides authentication, data storage (Cloud Firestore), file storage (Cloud Storage), and crash reporting (Crashlytics). Firebase acts as our data processor — it stores data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. See Firebase's privacy policy for details on how Google handles this data.
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us as part of that sign-in, per Google's privacy policy.
If you sign in with Apple, Apple shares your name and email address with us (or a private relay address, if you choose to hide your email) as part of that sign-in, per Apple's privacy policy. We only receive your name the first time you authorize the app with your Apple ID.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This immediately and permanently removes:

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your data is restricted by server-side rules that only permit your own signed-in account to read or write it.
TerraFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
